150ml Light Tonic or Soda

Garnish with a wedge of orange and/or a bay leaf.

Hulllooooo aperol spritz!

I feel in love with Aperol Spritzes this summer (spritzi?) and since I've been doing the 66 day AF challenge I wanted something that could compare. This was the aperol substitute I needed. Used with a fantastic sparkling white I found at Sobr, I'm not missing out on anything! Delicious on the beach or off!

Pentire Coastal Spritz is delicious!

I love blood orange so this spritz hit the spot. Not too sweet like some of the other ones I’ve tried. Will be back for more soon!
