TASTING NOTES
Nose: intense floral notes with soft rose & spicy clove
Palate: up front its potent with bitter orange, roses, cinnamon, clove & ginger with a fruity, light & lush finish of strawberries & pomegranate
HOW TO ENJOY
We recommend Fiore poured over ice, spritzed with seltzer or tonic and adorned with an orange peel. However, we encourage you to experiment in your own kitchen and add Fiore to whatever you like!

I liked it a lot, but a bit heavy on the rose and cloves, which is overwhelming with food.
made a nice low-alcohol spritzer with 2 oz Figlia - Fiore, 3/4 oz St. Germain Elderflower, 6-8 oz sparkling mineral water in a tall highball with lotsa ice - very light and thirst quenching for a warm summer evening - only reason I didn't give it the 5 our of 5 is that the stuff looks a little murky in the bottle. You might consider bottling in an opaque bottle.
This stuff is so good. Add some ice, tonic & a slice of lemon and you're set. My fav zero proof apiritif so far. Tastes like a grown up, more complex rose turkish delight.
A lot of charming characters in the notes palette. Beautiful on its own, and even more beautiful mixing it with an Italian soda, zevia, or cold brew hibiscus tea. I can't wait to purchase my second bottle.
Mixed with ginger beer or non-alcoholic sparkling wine for a refreshing cocktail reminiscent of kombucha.
