The star of this simple cocktail is Pentire Adrift: a botanical non-alcoholic spirit made with no added sugar, and no artificial flavours or colourings.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Pentire Adrift
2 Fresh Bay leaves
Directions
Place your chosen glass into the freezer to chill.
In the meantime, add Pentire, a bay leaf, and ice to a mixing glass and stir for a few seconds.
Strain into the chilled glass over a large ice cube.
Top ice cube with a fresh bay leaf to garnish.
