What makes Okanagan wine so special?
Thanks to our unique “pocket desert” climate, the Okanagan has emerged as an exciting wine region. Our long, hot summer with dry, arid conditions gives our grapes plenty of time in the sunshine leading to more ripeness and flavour development. The cool, fall nights impart balance to the wines, preserving their natural acidity—which you can taste in our wines.
INGREDIENTS
De-alcoholized wine, carbon dioxide, tannic acid, grape skin extract, organic acids, sulphites, yeast extract
I wish that this had not been included in the 12 days of wine,as it does not rate even one star, but perhaps it is the only way to get rid of it. I could not believe just how bad this was and it was a complete waste of a perfectly good bottle (imho). This 'wine' should not have been sold to the unsuspecting public as it is undrinkable. A complete waste of money. Very very disappointed. Water is way more satisfying than this.
At $25 a bottle, I was at least expecting it to taste like grape juice. We even added red wine vinegar to TRY to give it something....nope.
It was okay but I prefer a dryer red wine
Tastes like water
