Fin Soda was founded by Montreal bartenders Mélanie Aumais and Pierre-Hugues Marois, who spent lockdown in 2020 experimenting with a non-alcoholic, Campari-inspired soda from their apartment. Made through maceration rather than fermentation for a true 0% alcohol content, the lineup includes their bittersweet Italian-style Aperitivo and a herbal Lemon & Lime Verbena, using fresh, often local ingredients like Quebec raspberries, dandelion root, and pink peppercorn.
