Great For An Aperitif

I cut out alcohol Monday-Friday and a friend gifted me a bottle of this sometime back. I just opened it and loved the mouthfeel and the balance of candied red fruits with great acidity. I work in hospitality and drink fantastic wines at my job... this drank just like a high quality Demi-Sec sparkling roses just without the alcohol and pleasantly lighter. I recommend as an aperitif before dinner.
