The riesling was a little too sweet for my taste.
Wanted a budget-friendly Riesling to drink at home with my snacks. When I first opened the bottle and tried it, I wasn’t sure if I liked it. Initially found it to be really acidic, but the next day I tried it again and found it to be totally different. The acid had calmed way down and the fruitier notes came up. I realized that non-alcoholic wine also benefits from letting it breathe or decanting.
