A nonalcoholic sparkling wine made in California. They take local California wine, gently dealcoholize it, infuse it with natural flavors, add a touch of sugar for balance, and carbonate it for that final sparkle.
For their Rosé, they add a small amount of juice from red grapes that contributes some color and berry & mineral components.
