Born on the coasts of France and Italy, the classic Apéritif is a bold combination of botanicals that kickstart the appetite and the conversation. Light and dry, an aperitif is perfect for slow-sipping and fast-talking, a drink that takes friends from sunset to sunrise.

Ghia took out the booze and the fake stuff… but they kept in all the attitude. Their pure ingredients, a biting combination of botanical extracts — no alcohol — are powerful enough to bring out the best version of you without numbing the night (or the next morning).

I paired it with a vanilla and black cherry soda which I also purchased and I found it to be very refreshing and still had the taste of a cocktail I have not tried many mock tails so it was a new experience for me. I’m very happy I heard about the sobr market on the radio. It was nice the salesperson provided me with a sample of the Ghia as I likely wouldn’t have bought it without first having a taste.
