Ghia Greyhound

Ghia Greyhound

Ghia makes one of the best non-alcoholic aperitifs we've tried. Its flavour profile is both bright and bitter, similar to an Italian amaro. In their words, it tastes like summer on the rocks. So it's no surprise that this simple cocktail is refreshingly bitter, tart, and guaranteed to leave you wanting more.

The best part? It takes less than a minute to make.

Ingredients

2 oz Ghia
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 thick lemon wheel
Maldon salt

Directions

Fill a short glass with ice.
Add Ghia and grapefruit juice.
Garnish with a thick lemon wheel and a sprinkle of Maldon salt.
