Terrible shipping experience

I ordered on Dec 8 and didnt' receive the package until Dec 23. Sadly 3 out of 4 bottles were damaged and the liquid had frozen. Two caps were broken. I purchased the extra shipping protection, and I have filed a claim. Disappointed as this was Christmas gift for someone.
